The luxury development Tyrian Residences in Estepona has introduced an exclusive Bentley fleet for its residents through a collaboration with Bentley Marbella. The initiative forms part of the project’s 360° residential service that allows homeowners to access a wide range of services on demand. As part of the agreement, Tyrian will feature three Bentayga Atelier Edition vehicles configured exclusively for the development.
“Tyrian Residences was conceived as a fully serviced residential experience where architecture, service and lifestyle operate as one. Integrating a Bentley fleet within the building allows residents to experience the Costa del Sol with the same level of precision, comfort and craftsmanship that defines the project itself,” said Vitaliy Rushchynskyy, CEO of Prestige Expo Group.
Tyrian Residences comprises 40 homes conceived as “villas in the sky” overlooking the Mediterranean, with prices ranging from €3.5 to €6.9 million and completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
