The City Council of Marbella has created a web page to consult the new General Plan of Municipal Zoning (PGOM), finalized in its final form last month of September and, among others, the 32 strategic proposals that contemplate for the development of the municipality. The mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, presented this tool and stated that “the objective is to place an indispensable instrument at the disposal of all citizens to guarantee the legal and urban security of the municipality”.
He also noted that it will allow the completion of the implementation of 59 urban transformation actions that are currently underway.
The new platform will bring together the totality of the contents of the PGOM, from the memories of information, participation, organization and economics as far as urban norms, cartography, plans and sectoral information, including those relating to the environment and health.
