To sell your Costa del Sol property you can simply use the "wizard" below to automatically list your property for sale with PGI. It will guide you step by step through the process, which you can stop at any moment and continue whenever you wish. You alone decide when you want to activate the listing.

You will need to have ready:
- the cadastral reference (referencia cadastral), normally a 20-long string of letters and numbers. It is found on your IBI statement.
- some photographs of the exterior and interior of your house, and they can be taken with your phone.
- be connected to a printer, in order to print and sign the final contract.
